Accommodation

We work in association with our trusted estate agents to help students find suitable accommodation. This service incurs a small fee.

Home stay

This is one of the more popular choices. Here the student lives with a family. They are given a single or shared room (as the case may be) in the house. Breakfast is always included in the price. Other meals may be arranged for an extra charge. While this option provides a friendly home-like atmosphere, it is up to the student to ensure that they are mature and respectful guests. Other facilities such as broadband and laundry may or may not be available.

The indicative price given below may or may not include utility bills.

Price (per week):
Single room: £110 – £150
Shared room: £80 - £100

Shared student flats and houses

This option is ideal for students wanting total independence. Here several students together share a house. Each one has a single or shared bedroom. Normally other facilities such as kitchen, bathroom and the living area are shared. Students take turns doing the housework and the costs are split equally.

Single room: £100 – £130
Shared room: £80 - £100

Private lodgings

In many ways, private lodging is very similar to that of home stay except the fact that students arrange for their own meals.

Single room: £150 – £200
Shared room: £100 - £130


Please Note: For all accommodation, students are required to pay one month's rent as deposit and one's month's rent in advance. The deposit is refundable.


Airport pickup

When the student arrives in London, pick up from the airport can be pre-arranged upon request. This service incurs an extra charge.
